The condo provides coin operated laundromat on the second floor..The marina is for private use but you can safely park your jet ski or boat inside property in front of the the security guards post.

This place is a car ride away from local beaches, restaurants, and night life. The pool is right outside the apartment. The neighborhood is nice and everyone was very friendly. Communication was great. There was an issue with the WiFi but that didn’t bother us since our phone plans had unlimited data.
