The space
Casa Vista Verde, Dream House & Vacation Paradise! Cozy beautiful house in a friendly community that has only one entrance, with 3 bedrooms and can sleep 8 people comfortably. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on the top. In the same room there is a captain bed that is equipped with twin beds. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All 3 bedrooms are equipped with A/C, has ceiling fans in the living room, dining room and family room.
There are two bathrooms with 2 showers and there is hot water all throughout the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and fully stocked. There is a comfortably furnished living room, a dining room that seats 6, and a family/game room with a ping pong table. In the living room and master bedroom there are flat screen TVs with Dish and Netflix.
There is WI-FI throughout the house. The house is equipped with a washer & dryer. Outside has nice landscaping with two shade sails on the patios that cover an outside table. It has a very nice brick barbecue and an area to hang hammocks and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand from the beaches.
The house is located just minutes away from Villa Pesquera and a short drive to visit its many beaches stretching all the way West to Crash Boat beach. Nearby is Jobos Beach which is popular because of the surfing, stunning beaches, snorkeling, boogie boarding, kite surfing, paddle boating and wishing well! There are many hiking, biking, golfing, and sightseeing opportunities as well. Nearby are restaurants and bars right on the beach. A favorite is the Tsunami Bar/Grill and the “Sounds of the Sea restaurant!

The home is located close to shopping malls, outlet malls and stores like
WalMart and Walgreens nearby as well as several local grocery stores. Long term and short term renters are welcome and pets are allowed for a $100.00 fee. This is a non-smoking home with plenty of room to smoke outdoors.
