I chose this property because of it's unique location with only one entrance in a very safe neighborhood. I love the backyard very much. The people are very happy we bought the place. They have welcomed us making us feel like home. At times I needed some tools and did not feel like driving to Home Depot, they offered not only their tools but their help and allowed to use their bathrooms when the house was being tiled (did I mentioned the new 18 x 18 Porcelain tiles?). The house has a real nice security system, and you will be able to arm and disarm the system when leaving or staying. Several houses down, lives a real nice couple of law enforcement officers, which is kind of cool to know and adds to the neighborhood reputation of an excellent safe place to stay.
