Altamonte Springs is only 15 min from Orlando (I-4 is being expanded), comprised of clean communities, scenic attractions, and bustling activity.

Altamonte has a myriad of nice eateries & activities like the Congo River Mini Golf, and the famous Wekiva Walk & Bike Trail (there is a bike rental store nearby). Is near the Altamonte Mall, visit Uptown Altamonte Springs Cranes Roost Park & Lake (bring some bread & have your kids feed the turtles and ducks along the dock.!

Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the nearby state parks and lakes, where they can enjoy hours of hiking, biking, canoeing (Kings Landing) and fishing (don’t miss Kelly Park famous lazy river that flows from an artesian well giving birth to the Wekiva river).

Additionally, you’ll be just minutes from Interstate 4, giving you easy access to Florida’s famous attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, Epcot, International Drive and the Orlando Eye with a short 25-minute drive.

Guest access
*Casa Vista Verde IV Orlando Area 4BR/2BA Home Jacuzzi & communal pool is meant just to make you feel at home (all bedrooms have keyed locks and made available based on your number of guests. There is a maximum occupancy of 10 guests. The basic rate covers the first 4 guests. Extra guests pay $15.00 per guest per night. Please let us know the exact number of guests you have prior to booking!

– Pet friendly (prior approval required plus a $100.00 pet fee to be paid prior check in)
– Photo ID is required at check-in
– Prior approval required for large gatherings or events
– Must be at least 30 years old to book

Please be advised that the property manager clean and setup Casa Vista Verde for you. Our property managers will be available for the check in and out and to answer any questions and they monitor number of guests.
